1. Perform a "swing" movement, take off your shoes, sit on a chair, squeeze your legs effortlessly, and then immediately swing back and forth for 3-4 minutes and then continue with the new
movement. Move the legs at the same time, but move each leg separately for 2-3 minutes. It is recommended that the entire exercise should take up to 6 minutes.
2. For walking exercises, soak a smallcloth with warm water, and then spread it on the floor. Take off your shoes, walk back and forth on the floor barefoot a few times before putting on your
clothes. Every time you reach the rag, stand on it for a while and then continue walking. The entire exercise takes 5 minutes.
